My next door neighbor
plays guitar until 5 in the morning, and I’m seriously about to snap. It’s ridiculous. He knows it too. He’s been asked multiple times by mutiple people to stop, including the RA and security guards. He’s a complete dick about it. He won’t wear headphones, he won’t play acoustic. He has to have his amp up to at least 5.
