It kind of pisses me off that all of the sudden, everyone is super into Bukowski. My grandmother, an English teach for 30+ years, introduced me to him when I was 13, and I’ve read him since. I’ve read every novel, poem, and essay. I guess it’s kind of like when your favorite band gets popular; you get kind of pissed off.
