You were right, the voice of the cars on the road
next to mine, to remind me of things that I burned in my
skin, how a boy makes decisions and bases them all on lies.
What I wouldn’t do for Bear vs. Shark to get back together.

John and I are putting on a benefit for the Innocence Project, a national litigation and public policy organization dedicated to exonerating wrongfully convicted people through DNA testing and reforming the criminal justice system. The Innocence Project has thus far helped to exonerate 300 people, some of who served time on death row. These people served an average of 13 years before their exoneration and release.
Help us help those who are unjustly imprisoned. Come see John Mulaney and Friends at the Bell House on June 6th; 100% of the proceeds go toward DNA testing for the wrongfully accused. The early show is already sold out, but there are still tickets available for the late show HERE.
If you can’t make it to the show but still want to help us out, please make a donation to the INNOCENCE PROJECT.
We hope to see you there!
I am 100% going to this show! Some BFFs from Virginia are even coming up to attend.
I got to design a flyer for John Mulaney. That’s pretty cool.
Thanks to my boo Amanda and Anna for the opportunity! Super amped on going.

This song has been stuck in my head for the past week.

There is a chest
of skin, of drawers,
with pictures of waterspouts
coming out from the ocean and into the mainland
where you once lived
before
when you were younger
before
you learned how to hope, want, or wish.
